Nedergaard was a dairy-farm until 2000,
where a live-stock of beef cattle was founded. Today the live-stock consists exclusively of Angus-cattle. There are 90 cows, 90 heifers and 50 males. All cattle are slaughtered at Danish Crown. At slaughtering the cattle weighs
5-600 kilos (1100-1320 lbs). The goal of breeding is cattle with a high index and good utility qualities. The average index of the live-stock is 106.
